Cast Nylon is a high-performance engineering thermoplastic. The finished product is an extremely high-molecular weight and high-crystalline polyamide used in a multitude of products, such as plates, rods, tubes, drive wheels, pulleys, gearwheels, bearings and tank construction.

Cast Nylon is produced by anionic polymerization of caprolactam, enabled through the addition of Addonyl^® activators, catalysts and modifiers.
